Reverse engineering of original parts using 3D scanning and other measuring devices. The department develops 3D models, production drawings, reviews technical documentation, and oversees the development of modification documentation packages.
When manufacturing prototypes, the department deploys additive manufacturing technologies on 3D printers adopting FDM and SLA technologies, injection molding into silicone molds and model plastics milling on CNC machines. Prototypes are fitted and tested before being approved for production, and are subjected to loads in order to confirm compliance with high-quality standards.
